Teton Pines And The Aspens Real Estate
Golf And Tennis Amenities Enjoyed By Teton Pines And Aspens Real Estate Owners
So you’re a golfer? Or maybe tennis is more your thing? Or perhaps you’re not into sports at all, you just appreciate quiet and orderly real estate with involved and interesting residents? Teton Pines Golf & Country Club and the neighboring Aspens may have one of the most beautiful and challenging golf courses in the Rocky Mountain West, but you certainly don’t need to be an avid golfer to own Jackson Hole real estate here.
Like the West Bank North subdivisions that surround them, Teton Pines and the Aspens are equidistant between the town of Jackson and Teton Village and enjoy the conveniences offered by the Aspens commercial center – a mini supermarket, liquor store, boutique flower shop, fast-food eateries, a gym, and a bank. The southern entrance to Grand Teton National Park is only a 15-minute drive as well. It’s no wonder Vice President Dick Cheney makes his home here.
On the west side of Highway 390, more commonly known as Teton Village Road, both Teton Pines and the Aspens enjoy views of the Tetons, the Sleeping Indian, Jackson Peak, and the Snake River Range, which stretches south from Teton Pass. To help Jackson Hole real estate owners enjoy these views, there is a bike and pedestrian path beginning at the southern end of the Teton Pines and continuing the six miles to Teton Village. In the winter, it is used as a cross country ski trail.
While golf course properties are generally expensive within Jackson Hole real estate, Teton Pines has a wide variety of ownership opportunities including a newly established residence club, the first in the valley outside of Teton Village. Members of the Residence Club at Teton Pines not only enjoy a well-appointed two-bedroom condo for two months of each year, but also a full country club membership while in residence. Teton Pines also has full-ownership condominiums, cluster homes, and single-family residences for those looking for Jackson Hole real estate. For those who like to work close to home, the Pines even has a smattering of office space for its coveted Jackson Hole real estate owners.
The Aspens actually has some of the most affordable condominiums in the Jackson Hole real estate market, although because the area is so heavily treed, there are not always views from the bedroom or kitchen window. Hidden behind the condos is a quaint neighborhood with some of the cutest single-family homes in Jackson Hole. If it weren’t for the mountainous backdrop and the occasional moose wandering across the road, you might think you had gotten lost in some well-heeled New England suburb. //
